Member Action Team (MAT) Leaders are people who have volunteered to be the lead communicators with a small group of co-workers (usually less than 10).

The BMOC (Basic and Merit Organizing Committee) is pulling together current and new MAT (Member Action Team) leaders to develop infrastructure and strengthen communication prior to the next round of negotiations. We have heard from members they desire more union communications, and we have heard it, but in order to accomplish this we need many hands and good deal of activists have retired or moved. There is space for you! As we tailor the MAT team for St. Louis County and the digital era having new, and more members of the MAT team will allow for better development and dynamic change. We need as many minds as we can get.
